SalesGen, Inc. was founded in 2012 with a focused vision: to deliver a lean, high-performance support model for U.S. companies looking to scale without compromising quality or control.

What started with just 15 representatives in Bacolod City, Philippines, has grown into a multi-location operation supporting more than 600 dedicated associates today.

From Startup Roots to Scalable Reach

Our journey began with a single campaign and a small, focused team in Bacolod City. Over the years, that original site has evolved into a key operational hub now joined by a second location in Davao City, launched in 2023 to expand service capacity and add geographic redundancy for our clients.

All service delivery is powered by a single, dedicated BPO partner a company independently owned and operated by a principal of SalesGen. This long-standing relationship ensures complete alignment on quality, culture, and performance without the complexities or inconsistency of using third-party vendors.
